• Payment information — when you place a reservation deposit or subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Optional details — anything you send us directly (e.g., support requests).
• Basic usage data — like most sites, we may collect anonymized analytics (pages visited, approximate region) to improve the site.

3. How we use your information

• Send you the BareNOC newsletter, early-access updates, and launch announcements.
• Email you the installer link when you request a download, and release updates if you opt in.
• Process and fulfill reservation deposits and subscriptions you request.
• Respond to your questions and provide support.
• Improve our website and product.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to your payment details).
• Supabase — hosts our newsletter signup and download-lead database.
• Service providers — hosting and analytics vendors acting on our behalf.

We only share what's needed to run the service, and require vendors to protect it.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies for basic site function. If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your email while you remain subscribed and delete it when you unsubscribe (or promptly upon request). Transaction records are kept as required by tax and payment laws.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Opt out of marketing at any time — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
